The heating process is critical to keeping the metal soft and malleable, which eliminates cracking and allows the metal to retain its strength and integrity. Next, the metal bars are repeatedly heated and rolled, allowing the gold to be thinned to a sheet of specified thickness, without affecting the malleable qualities of the gold. First, a careful blend of precious metals are alloyed together to form lustrous gold bars, which are equally beautiful, strong, and malleable.
